Service rates an unquestionable 5 stars.We had a terrible experience with our builder who left us with an unfinished house, many many many thousands of $ of debt which he later declared bankruptcy on and, an inordinate amount of personal and financial stress.From all of the many (and most often difficult sub-trades we had to deal with, Westeck was a breath of fresh air and re-instilled some faith I had lost with the vast majority of those in the building industry.Every Westeck person I dealt with to fix problems with four of our doors (and to replace 3 screens which the builder did not leave with us) was courteous, neat and concerned with completing the work to a high standard.They knew their products well and how to adjust them to fit properly.A+ for effort, service and quality!!!
