Can't say enough good things about Westeck.Had two bay windows custom-made to my specs and they've been an excellent improvement to our 100+ year-old house in Victoria.No problems for 10 years.Then a small problem arose (broken plastic piece, MY OWN fault).Contacted Karl here in Victoria.Very friendly, courteous, professional fellow.He put me in touch with the super-efficient Leah in Chilliwack and three days later the item arrived by mail.No charge.I hope I'm not insulting the rest of Westeck's employees when I single out Karl and Leah for the top-notch service they provide.
